2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

When making a reservation, customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including:

Passenger details
Pickup and drop-off locations
Flight information (where applicable)
Contact details
Preferred pickup time

Barcelona Fleet reserves the right to decline or cancel bookings if incorrect or misleading information is provided.

3. Pricing

All prices shown on our website or provided in quotations are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may vary depending on:

Distance travelled
Vehicle category
Waiting time
Additional stops
Special requests
Public holidays or exceptional circumstances

Any additional services requested after confirmation may result in extra charges.

4. Airport Transfers

For airport pickups, customers should provide accurate flight details during booking.

Our chauffeurs monitor flight arrivals whenever flight information is supplied.

If a flight is delayed, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pickup time based on the updated arrival information.

Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance may incur additional charges.

5. Waiting Time

Airport transfers include complimentary waiting time after the actual flight landing time.

For pickups from hotels, residences, offices, train stations, or other locations, a reasonable complimentary waiting period may apply.

Additional waiting time may be charged according to our current rates.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible.

Depending on the time of cancellation and the type of booking, cancellation charges may apply.

Refund eligibility will be determined according to the circumstances of each booking.

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

Arrive at the agreed pickup location on time.
Treat vehicles with care and respect.
Follow all applicable laws during the journey.
Ensure children travel with legally required child seats where applicable.

Passengers may be held responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence.

8. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage fits within the selected vehicle category.

If additional luggage requires a larger vehicle than originally booked, additional charges may apply.

Barcelona Fleet is not responsible for items left inside vehicles after the journey has ended.

9. Driver Conduct

Our chauffeurs are committed to delivering professional, courteous, and reliable service.

Drivers reserve the right to refuse service if passengers:

Display abusive or threatening behaviour
Are under the influence to the extent that safety is compromised
Request illegal activities

Passenger safety always remains our highest priority.

10. Delays Beyond Our Control

Barcelona Fleet shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Heavy traffic
Road closures
Severe weather
Public demonstrations
Government restrictions
Vehicle accidents involving third parties
Force majeure events

11. Liability

While we make every effort to provide punctual and reliable transportation, Barcelona Fleet shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability is limited to the value of the booked transportation service where permitted by applicable law.

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, and images, remains the property of Barcelona Fleet unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

13. Privacy
